词源	Apollinaris; Polly. One of the oldest and most famous of bottled spring water, Apollinaris has been on the market since the mid-19th century, when German farmer Georg Kreuzberg hit upon a spring while digging an irrigation ditch in his vine- yard near Bonn. He named the spring and its water Apollinaris after a nearby chapel. The water became so popular in England that it was called by the nickname Polly.
