| 词源 | Oysters Rockefeller. Oysters broiled with a puree of spinach and seasonings on a bed of rock salt probably originated in 1899 at Antoine’s, the famous New Orleans restaurant still in business. The first customer to taste the fabulous dish is sup- posed to have said, “It’s as rich as Rockefeller,” the name ap- pearing on the menu shortly afterward. See rich as rockefeller. |
