Hebard of the American Chestnut Association, speaking of pigs that once fed on the huge crops of chestnuts that the now extinct American chest- nut tree used to produce. I’ve been unable to find the term re- corded anywhere outside the New York Times article (2/5/02) quoting Dr. Hebard, but even if it isn’t in print, pigboy is a good coinage.
