| 词源 | phat. The expression phat, first recorded in 1992, means ex- cellent, which is fast becoming a common slang expression for great itself. A number of origins have been suggested for phat, most of them sexual in nature (such as the first letter of pussy, hips, ass, and tits), but the word emphatic is probably the fa- ther or mother of the term, emphatic here being the decidedly emphatic appearance of a very sexy woman.
