词源	Peter-see-me. Partridge states that this Spanish white wine, known since the 17th century, is named after Cardinal Peter Ximenes, surely the only Catholic churchman so honored, if this is true. Other authorities say the sweet wine bears the cor- rupted name of grape grower Pedro Ximenes, who developed the special grape that makes the wine. Peter-see-me is called Peter for short.
