词汇 | lison-s case |
词源 | Lison’s case. Almost all cases of human dentition, the process of growing new teeth, are limited to the growth of one and then a second set of teeth. There are, however, several cases of three sets of teeth recorded in medical history. In fact, in 1896, a fourth dentition, called Lison’s case, was observed in the mouth of an elderly Frenchman. |
