词源	L7. One rarely hears or sees this late-fifties Hollywood slang for “a square” anymore, perhaps because while it is clever visu- ally, it has no ear appeal. L7 means square, “not with it” accord- ing to bandleader Artie Shaw, because “if you form an L and a 7 with your finger, that’s what you get.”
