词源	nobody loves Goliath. A saying of the seven-foot-tall Phila- delphia Warrior basketball star Wilton “Wilt the Stilt” Cham- berlain (1936–1999), whose play dominated the NBA for many years. Called the greatest offensive player in basketball history, Chamberlain was also known as The Dipper, because he dipped so many shots into the basket from above. On March 2, 1962, against the New York Knicks, he scored 100 points, the most ever scored in a single pro game.
