词源	Pyrrhonist. A Pyrrhonist is the ultimate skeptic, one who like the Greek philosopher Pyrrho (ca. 365–ca. 275 b.c.) be- lieves that we have no certain knowledge of anything at all. It is said that a contemporary wrote the following mock epitaph on the philosopher: ‘And oh, dear Pyrrho.’ Pyrrho, are you dead?’ ‘Alas, I cannot tell,’ Dear Pyrrho said.
