mover (n.)
14世纪末， mevere，“使某物运动的人”，是 move（v.）的代词。最初指上帝。指“以运输货物为职业的人”始于1838年。比喻短语 movers and shakers “那些有权力塑造或引导社会或人民走向的人”始于1874年，最初特指“音乐家”，但现在可能不是这个意思。
