| 词源 | Jimmy. Black English for a condom. I first heard the humorous word in Spike Lee’s movie Mo’ Better Blues, but it clearly dates back farther. Variants are Jimmy hat and Jimmy cap. Jimmy (with the “e”) can also mean “slip around,” as in “The pipe jimmeys in her mouth because most of her teeth are out and it’s hard for her to hold the pipestem.” (Jesse Stuart, The Trees of Heaven). |
