词源	I gotta million of ’em. Often said by a comedian, or any joke- teller, after telling a gag. The words are associated with Ameri- can comedian Jimmy Durante (1893–1980) and thus may date back to the early 1900s, when the beloved “Schnozzola” appeared in vaudeville. Durante ended all his radio shows with the still mysterious, raspy words, “Good night, Mrs. Calabash, wherever you are.”
