| 词源 | soul kiss. Actress Olga Nethersole’s long passionate onstage kiss in Dandot’s Sapho in the late 1880s led to her prosecution for obscenity. It is said that her “intraoral and interlingual” kiss, or French kiss, as it is also called, inspired the term soul kiss, from a shortening of the name Nethersole. A good theory, but nothing more, for the expression soul kiss isn’t recorded until the 1930s. |
