词源	Lucky Pierre. Lucky Pierre refers to a man who shares a bed with two women, to put it delicately. The term has its origins in an old dirty joke, or jokebook, the age and content of which are unknown. Just when I was about to give up finding any recent use of the words, a play entitled Lucky Pierre or L.P. opened Off-Broadway (11/02), L.P. being a synonym for Lucky Pierre. Lucky Pierre can also mean a man or woman in the middle be- tween two men. The term is first recorded in 1943.
