Kelley Blue Book. The standard guide in the U.S. for dealers and the courts in determining the value of all used cars of all makes and model years. It was developed by Sidney “Buster” Kelley (1909–2001) of the Kelley Kar Company, which from the end of World War I to the end of World War II was the big- gest used car business in the world. The Blue Book was first published in 1926. |
